Currently, 35 of the 38 states have ratified the Equal Rights Amendment. We only need three more states before the Amendment is passed. According to www.4era.org, "Federal courts often still struggle with sex discrimination cases..." (5).

This Amendment would make it easier, and not to mention much more fair, during these court cases. The Amendment is basicly stating that women would have equal rights as men, but many people seem to take it as more than that.
